Operations Internship: - Support the Operations department in analytics, process optimization, and solution development.
- Utilize analytical skills to analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in developing innovative solutions to operational challenges.
- Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
- Work in Gateway Operations Planning, focusing on the development of forecasting models and tool setup for buying flight capacity from commercial carriers.
- Support the team with their daily work and assist in evaluating projects, including flight network changes.
Sales Internship: - Generate ideas on how to increase the number of new customer accounts from an outside-in perspective.
- Perform customer data analysis to enhance upselling, cross-selling, and prevent churn.
- Participate in the review and brainstorming of Strategic Account Management (SAM) campaigns.
- Analyze sales calls to identify training opportunities.
- Review and evaluate the sales onboarding training process.
- Conduct potential sales surveys, including identifying and addressing instances of corrupted selling.
Information Technology (IT) Internship: - Work on developing and enhancing the new Field IT Knowledge Base and website using the Microsoft SharePoint Online platform.
- Create job aids and host supporting operational technologies used in FedEx airport facilities.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the website meets user requirements and provides a seamless user experience.
Network Operations Control (NOC) Internship: - Provide support to the Asia (Flight) Network Operations Control Center, which oversees all FedEx's flying activities in APAC.
- Assist in planning and implementing operational recoveries related to flight movements and operational exceptions.
- Collaborate with various teams to address issues such as aircraft maintenance, weather, airport operations, navigation, CIQ (Customs, Immigration, Quarantine), aeropolitics, security, crew, and civil disruptions.
General Requirements: - Open to all backgrounds and fields of study.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive and self-motivated mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools (depending on the department).
