- Perform daily accounting operations such as journal entries, accounts reconciliations, etc.
- Review and prepare payments, process invoices, in compliance with company policies
- Perform purchasing functions such as obtain quotes from suppliers, price comparison and negotiations, monitor budgets, etc.
- Handle PO modules in ERP system
- Ad-hoc duties as required
- Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines
- At least 3-4 years of experience in handling AR and AP
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, team player, analytical mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting system
- Good command of spoken and written English Cantonese, and Mandarin
