- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Provide end-to-end project management of both small and large-scale projects throughout their life-cycle
- Identify and allocate project resources, including internal team members and external vendors.
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet defined standards.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality checks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any issues that may impact project success.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholder throughout the project for managing the expectations, communication and issue resolution
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Business, Computer Science) or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 3 years' relevant working experience in which at least 1 years' experience in project management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with all levels of the organization
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Familiarity with web development, system integration, digital marketing, and design principles is desirable.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum is a plus
- Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum) are a plus.

Luckily, in 1954, Ray Kroc, an enterprising salesman, discovered a small burger restaurant in California, and wrote the first page of McDonald's history. From that humble start as a small restaurant in Des Plaines, Illinois in 1955, we're proud to have become one of the world's leading quick service restaurants, with more than 34,000 restaurants serving around 70 million people in close to 120 countries and areas every day.
In 1975, the first McDonald's in Hong Kong opened on Paterson Street, Causeway Bay. We've strived to be our customers' first choice, and their favorite place and way to eat. Today there are around 245 McDonald's Restaurants in Hong Kong, employing more than 15,000 McDonald's staff. And we are committed to offer a pleasant dining experience to every customer.
