- Plan and execute seasonal training courses and all field programs according to product launch strategy and business needs.
- Work closely with Training Manager to design and implement training programs that focus on customer experience journey and selling skills to support brand business growth.
- Support and deliver product training for new joiners, new product launch and third-party retailers such as Sephora.
- Evaluate training effectiveness by monitoring retail staff product knowledge through frequent shop visit.
- Improve sales KPIs by identifying training needs for retail staff and provide regular feedback.
- Keep abreast with updated market information, including social media trends, online training practices and e-learning education.
- Manage various training material and administration duties including but not limited to uniform, training material, classroom set up, gifts to staffs, testers, quotation and invoicing etc.
- Coordinate training events, including making travel arrangements, booking accommodations, and scheduling conference or training room time.
- Manage and monitor various reports.
- Keep the curriculum database, training schedules, and training records up to date, and generate reports for training analysis.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Degree qualified with 2+ years relevant experience in the cosmetics retail industry
- Capable to deliver impactful education action plan.
- Flexible and confident to deliver live stream.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills, ability to influence people.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with ability to cope with changes.
- Good presentation skills and organized in instructional training.
