- Provide full spectrum of HR functions
- Knowledge in SAP system is preferred

- Handle full spectrum of People and Culture initiatives, including on-boarding, compensation & benefits, internal communication and employee engagement
- Work closely with business partners to provide professional advice on any employment related enquiry
- Assist to develop and implement practical procedures to comply with legislative updates and ensure the updates are well communicated to all stakeholders
- Inspect and ensure facilities are maintained in good quality and offer a comfortable working environment to employee
- Administer HR System, data analysis and prepare regular reports
- Propose and implement various employee activities such as wellness workshops to enhance employee engagement
- Assist in any ad hoc duties as assigned
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years at supervisory level, preferably from hospitality or services industry
- Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related legislation
- Experience in managing SAP system is an advantage
- Good presentation, communication, organisation and computer skills
- Good team player, reliable, proactive and able to work under pressure
- Proficiency in both written & spoken English and Chinese with good command of computer literacy
