- Assist in programme administration of the Science Unit at undergraduate, research postgraduate and taught postgraduate
- Support the research, knowledge transfer and education activities in climate and sustainability of the Science Unit
- Maintain student records and prepare reports on activities, programmes and student enrolments
- Provide secretarial support to committees and meetings
- Assist in preparation and translation of promotion and educational materials
- Assist in managing online systems, website and social media pages
- A bachelor's degree in any discipline with 2-3 years of relevant working experience
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- A high level of competence in computer literacy
- Good interpersonal skills and team spirit with a strong sense of responsibility
