- To assist in daily operation including but not limited to verify data/ supporting document, issue PO and billing.
- To support the finance team for the month end closing journal
- To provide administrative support/ Other duties as assigned from time to time
- Year 3 or Final Year Undergraduate / Associate students in Accounting or Finance
- Good interpersonal, communication and organization skills
- Good computer knowledge including Excel and Words
- Self-motivated, Hardworking, attention to details and outcome-driven
- Quick to Adjust to dynamic and rapidly changing work environments
- Fluency in English and Chinese, both written and spoken
- Minimum 3 working days per week
- Possible to progress to a full-time employment for higher performer
