- Perform data management tasks, including data entry, data cleansing, and data verification, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Assist in automating eDM campaigns, from drafting content, creating and scheduling email templates, managing subscriber lists, and tracking campaign performance.
- Upload and manage website content using our content management system, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
- Administer surveys by preparing survey materials, collecting responses, and analyzing survey data.
- Provide general support to the team and ad hoc projects as required.
- Tertiary education or above, with 1 year of relevant working experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, esp Excel
- Organized, strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and content management
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, with good communication and collaboration abilities
