- Undertake content marketing business, take initiative to achieve business target, including UI design, promotion, and formulation of strategic plans
- Responsible to product positioning, explore audience needs and maintain product content
- Measure and evaluate business performance, identify and trouble shooting in response to global content operations
- Consolidate and analyze content business operations report in a regular basis. Participate in devising business plans, content roadmap and so on to improve engagement through innovative online activities
- Forecast/ identify market trends and insights to optimize/ maximize content performance
- Bachelor Degree of above
- Minimum 3 years' working experience in content operations
- Experience in OTT, new media, TV and film industry, knowledge in Telecom industry in preferred
- Passion on content business, keen to develop new business, proactive problem solving attitude, team work
- Good interpersonal skills, well-organized, self-motivated, innovative and able to work under pressure
- Proficiency in graphics/ video software, MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese; Fluent in Putonghua is definitely an advantage
