- Setting the overall strategy and transformation plan for domestic and international payments, and cash FX, leveraging our Global strategy
- Meeting or exceeding KPIs as set out in the FRP
- Delivering a best-in-class customer experience with clear evolution in the jNPS metrics according to plan
- Fostering transaction growth and transaction migration, working in collaboration with distribution and digital to define overall strategy and execute and encouraging a more aggressive pace of change where appropriate
- Driving day-to-day execution
- Maintaining the appropriate risk management discipline
- Drive strategy definition and execution for Payments and FX
- Design and execute transformation plan, delivering best-in-class journeys and functionalities across channels
- Define and reach financial targets, as well as operational KPIs
- Foster a continuous improvement mindset, driving execution of initiatives to surpass targets
- Define and execute tactical and strategic actions to drive channel migration, ensuring optimal customer experience
- Continuously innovate, bringing best-in-class solutions and leveraging Open Banking and Fintech Ecosystem to accelerate time to market
- Ensure availability and quality of service, driving service performance across all channels
- Drive a culture of high performance and empowerment through effective people management activities and drive-up employee engagement by taking action against agreed priorities in identified action plan,

- Customer oriented and understanding of local customer needs strong relationship building and senior stakeholder management skills

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as Head of Payments and FX WPB AMH .
Role Purpose
Payments and FX are in the core of our Wealth and Personal Banking proposition to our customers, being a key driver on relationship primacy and customer satisfaction. Both domestically and internationally, customers have more and more options to make their payments, especially in digital, where real-time account to account and digital wallets have been gaining ground. With more than $20bn on domestic and international payments and more than 10 million transactions every month, and most of our customers performing multiple transaction per month
The Head of Payments and FX, Hong Kong, is a key leadership role in Retail Products, reporting to the Head of Retail Products. The role holder is responsible for:
The Head of Payments and FX will have to work closely with the Unsecured Lending and Payme teams, to ensure we define and deliver an integrated strategy to differentiate our proposition and edge our competitors.
