- A holder of High Diploma, equivalent or above
- Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin and ability to read and write in Chinese and English
- Banking experience is not essential. We will provide comprehensive training to help you progress in your career and gain your professional licensing qualifications
- Candidate with customer service experience, and a license holder of HKSI 1,7,8 or IIQE 1, 2, 3, will be considered for a Senior Wealth & Personal Banking Executive role
- Fresh graduates are welcome

With HSBC's Contact Centre and Remote Channel, we are committed to your professional growth and offer comprehensive and continuous training, on-the-job experience and sponsorship support for relevant qualifications, our team members have the opportunities to gain knowledge of banking, investment and financial products.
