- Perform operation and maintenance support for company network covering IP, Transmission, Voice and / or various International Mobile Service systems
- Monitor & maintain system performance in good condition
- Assist in trouble shooting and handle service complaints
- Assist in system documentation, report preparation and tools development
- Higher Diploma or above in Electronic, Information engineering or Telecommunications
- Minimum 3 year relevant working experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure and demanding environment
- Fluent in Cantonese and English, knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage
- Able to perform shift duty (7x24 shift)
