- Ensure timely financial reporting on regulatory and statutory reporting
- Reviews explanations of the monthly and quarterly P&L to management
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on local HKMA Reporting Requirements, Liquidity requirements, Regulatory Reporting TOM, Regulatory Compliance Management Framework, Local Tax, SOX, IFRS, EUC, etc.
- Oversight for China Finance and Operations, including local regulatory reporting matters, tax, SOX, EUC, IFRS etc.
- Responsible for SOX annual review and attend to statutory audit by External Auditors
- Oversees budget preparation, providing direction and advice on budgeting & forecasting for achieving long-term financial objectives
- Responsible for dealing with the Bank's tax agent in preparation of HK Taxes
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or relevant disciplines
- At least 7 years of relevant corporate banking finance experiences
- Extensive financial analysis and reporting, full set HKMA return experience
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with senior and manage relationships with key contacts inside and outside the Bank
- Able to multitasking, strong decision making and communication skills
