- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- In-depth knowledge of operating system fundamentals, particularly Linux
- Proficiency in the Unix command line and shell scripting
- Practical experience with modern Linux systems and systems programming concepts
- Basic understanding of network protocols
- Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with profiling/debugging tools
- Programming experience in any language (experience with functional languages is a plus)
- Fluency in English is required
