- Support the development and implementation of social media and digital strategies that align with the Club's/Trust's goals and objectives
- Manage and execute social media and digital campaigns across multiple platforms for the Trust
- Create and curate engaging content that promotes the Trust's mission and values
- Monitor and analyse social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure social media content is aligned with overall marketing and communications strategies
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure the Trust's social media presence remains relevant and effective
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or other related
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, such as social media management, marketing, communication, etc.
- Excellent written and communication skills in both Chinese and English
- Familiarity with social media management tools
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision-making
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
- Experience in social welfare sector / community services / philanthropy or related disciplines would be an advantage
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Manager, Charities

The job holder will be responsible for managing and executing the Trust's social media strategy across various platforms, including Linkedln, Facebook, and other relevant channels. The primary focus of this role will be to enhance the Trust's international presence and reinforce the Club's/Trust's image, profile, and thought leadership in the global landscape of philanthropy as one of the world's top ten charitable foundations.

The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualification and experience. A contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate. Contract renewal will be subject to mutual agreement between the Club and the selected candidate.
