    Drive, manage and support various projects assigned by the POE manager, ensuring successful implementation and delivery by adhering to the prescribed standards and timeline.

    Job focus on enablement and maintenance of digital platforms of policy servicing, which including but not limited to:

    •Digitization projects focused on enhancing end-to-end journey on digital platforms

    •Utilizing data analytics to improve platform usage and optimize straight-through processing

    •Providing support for production issues and handling user inquiries related to the digital platforms

    Job Descriptions:

  • Lead and manage various projects and initiatives (e.g. new service launch, system enhancements, process improvement, end-to-end journey review and enhancement) assigned by the solutions manager to ensure successful project implementation and delivery by following the prescribed project management standards.
  • Prepare user stories based on identified business requirements and defined them in relation to the operations processes. Review IT functional design specification from business perspective to ensure the requested user functions are met. Provide support for UI/UX workshops and focus groups.
  • Maintain close coordination with all related functions and business units (including IT, Life Administration, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Sales Channels, etc.) to ensure clear documentation and articulation of user stories to the respective departments for development and implementation.
  • Lead the team in preparing test plans, test cases and conduct user acceptance tests to ensure all related system functions and workflows align with the identified business requirements related to the operations processes.
  • Prepare user manual, stakeholder communications and conduct user training sessions whenever new product or system functions are launched to ensure users have a good understand and reference for the new features and logic.
  • Conduct post-system implementation reviews, including collecting feedback from end-users for service improvement, provide production incident support, and performing post-implementation data analysis.
  • Assist solutions manager in preparing ad hoc and regular management reports and data analysis for project planning purpose.

    • Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in any discipline, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Information Technology, Data Science or related discipline is preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Business Analysis / Operation (exposure in insurance / financial industry is definitely as assets)
  • Hands on experience in project life cycle (Agile is an added advantage)
  • Proficient in verbal and written English and Chinese (Cantonese is a must). Mandarin is a plus.
  • Knowledge of project management skills and tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel, PowerPoint, MS project, Access, Visio)
  • Experience in data analysis tools is a plus
  • UI/UX and testing/quality assurance related experience is preferred
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical, problem solving and presentation skills with positive and proactive mindset
  • Ability to understand customer needs and translate internal facing and technical information to customer-friendly language
  • Strong sense of ownership, proactive, creative, and able to multi-task while being a good team player
  • People management skill is an advantage
