- Report to Head Office on site matters and coordinate with Head Office project/design team on design and technical solutions;
- Site coordination, resolve technical issues and quality control on site and issue site memos, drawings and documents as required;
- Carry out site inspections to ensure the works are carried out in accordance with contract drawings, specifications and requirements and the workmanship/quality are up to standard;
- Act as TCP under AP stream as required by BD, monitor construction programme and works progress, and construction supervision;
- Attend site meetings and issue regular site reports;
- Lead and coordinate with the site RSS team including resident engineers, BSI, COW;
- Interface with User's/Client's representatives on site.
- Master/Bachelor Degree in Architecture;
- Registered Architect in Hong Kong;
- Minimum 5 years' post-qualification relevant experience;
- Candidates should be knowledgeable on statutory requirements, and possess experience on design coordination, site coordination, project management and construction supervision;
- Experience as Resident Architect preferable.
