- Carry out site co-ordination for Elect / MVAC / P&D / FS installation works;
- Supervise direct / subcontractor workers on the repairing, installation, inspection and maintenance of the electrical / mechanical systems and to ensure the works are carried out in an efficient and safety manner;
- Estimate, prepare and control the use of construction materials and equipment, such as the quantity and quality;
- Safety supervision.
- At least 8 years' experience in MEP installation projects;
- Proven supervisory capabilities in electrical / mechanical installation;
- Good understanding and practice in safety;
- Good leadership skills and able to work independently.
