- Planning and supervising of work within a construction project to ensure timely delivery and good quality
- Schedule and supervise the installation of M&E systems, ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications
- Guide subordinates in taking corrective action to resolve issues
- Managing M&E materials, equipment, and manpower costs to be within budget
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to execute the plan
- Perform quality control checks on M&E installations to verify they adhere to the highest industry standards and comply with all relevant regulations and codes
- Reporting progress against construction plan to clients as per project guidelines
- Develop strong working relationships with key client representatives
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractor for M&E materials and services, ensuring favorable terms and adherence to project specification and timeline
- Monitoring adherence to safety and environment guidelines and regulations
- Degree holder in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineer, Building Services Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
- Solid experience in project planning and works coordination
- Membership or association to recognized industry bodies or institutes is preferable
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
