As my client is expanding their business, so we are seeking a Sales Manager to join their dynamic team about the job. As the sales manager, you develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including hardware shops, contractors, and other strategic partners. And you also need Identify new business opportunities in the building material market and develop strategies to maximize growth. Enhance as you are the team leader, you need Motivate the team to exceed sales targets, recognize achievements, and address performance issues when necessary. skills & experiences required.
- Higher Diploma in Construction, Building, Engineering or related disciplines
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the building material industry, with network and connections within hardware shops and contractor networks.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
