- Develop General Insurance business for commercial and retail customers
- Build and manage customer portfolio and work closely with relationship managers in corporate banking division and retail branches to explore new business opportunities
- Foster and maintain good relationship with internal and external stakeholders, provide excellent after sales services to clients
- Gather market information and support the team in daily operation
- Handle necessary renewal procedures and documentation with effective time management
- Adhere and comply with the internal and external control standards and regulations
- Degree Holder with at least 5 years of bancassurance and solid General Insurance experience
- Possess relevant general insurance licenses (I&II)
- Strong sales and customer orientation with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly and outgoing personality with ability to work under pressure
- High level of customer centricity mindset with commitment to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
