- Provide full spectrum of support in HR process improvement and digitalization projects, such as creation of e-forms and system integrations, to allow operational efficiency gain and enhanced employee experience.
- Coordinate within HR for updates of HR policies and procedures.
- Work closely with HR teams to monitor external vendors' services.
- Prepare HR reports and support other ad-hoc duties and projects in the region as assigned.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
- 1 - 2 years of work experience in human resources in financial services institutions or large multi-national corporations.
- Excellent written and spoken English and good Cantonese language skills.
- Strong project coordination skills.
- Knowledge in HRIS, particularly SuccessFactor.
- Good PC skills in Excel, Microsoft Word and Powerpoint.
