- Seminar planning, documentation, promotions, education innovation and course material development
- Routine administrative duties include booking and confirming resources and services needed in the seminars or conferences, contacting invited speakers, overseeing the websites and other materials related to the seminars and the conference
- Read research papers in education or technology-enhanced learning, conduct surveys, collect data, and write reports and research papers Requirements
- Have a bachelor's degree or above in Education, Educational Technology, Linguistics, Language, Computer Science, Information Systems or other related fields
- Be experienced with the conference/seminar organization
- Have good communication skills (, be good at English and Chinese)

The project aims to help organize the seminars, conduct surveys, collect data, read research papers, and write reports for the project entitled "Advancing Digital Competency for University Teachers and Students in the Era of Generative Artificial Intelligence" at Lingnan University.
