- 1-3 years' experience as a Data Scientist, Data Engineer and/or Data Analyst (ideally in consulting)
- At least a bachelor's or equivalent degree in a relevant area of study (Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics or a related field of study) from a top university
- Good skills in Python and ideally another analytical language (e.g., R, SQL, Scala)
- Hands-on experience ingesting and processing data, building models, and delivering outputs (shipping code, deploying models, publishing dashboards, etc.)
- Problem-solving aptitude and strong business acumen
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- English fluency and proficiency in 1 or more Asian language(s), e.g., Cantonese, Mandarin, Japanese, Korean
- Strong plus: Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Looker)
- Strong plus: Hands-on experience and certifications with cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure, Alibaba cloud)
- Strong plus: Hands-on experience with GenAI tools and infrastructure
