- Demonstrate and have completely understanding of pricing mechanism in Freight Forwarding business in Hong Kong & S. China area
- Lead and direct pricing strategy formulation, manage total pricing procedure to enhance profitability
- Ensure timely turnaround of rate requests
- Handle customer's RFQ / RFP and RFI
- Work closely with global sales team and offices to identify and capitalize on strengths/overcome weaknesses in terms of pricing and service compared to our competition
- Align professional pricing and service guidelines in conjunction with sales and operations objectives in order to win the business and unlock new business opportunities
- Monitor the success rate of all quotations & RFQs
- Yield Management using Pricing as a tool
- Degree holder with minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in international freight forwarding industry / operational transportation or logistics industry
- Demonstrate strong leaderships and negotiation skills with self-motivation, problem solving abilities and a "hands on" mentality
- Highly developed persuasiveness and influencing skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Fluent in spoken and written English & Chinese, including Mandarin
