- Lead and manage SFC license application processes
- Ensure that the company complies with all applicable regulations of the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission
- Oversee the overall operation of Type 1,4 and 9 Regulated Activities
- Provide advice to the top management and implement business strategies
- Bachelor's degree holder in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
- Must be a current SFC Type 4, 9 Responsible Officer License holder
- Proven track record in managing SFC license application processes
- Strong business sense and in-depth knowledge of the asset management industry
- Solid understanding of operations, risk controls and investment process of asset management companies
- Strong analytical, presentation and management skills
- Excellent command of English and Cantonese/Mandarin
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
