- Publish content and information on the Club's website accurately and on a timely manner, and identify potential reputation risk issues
- Coordinate with different marketing/ business/ communication teams to consolidate marketing exposure plan and execute as planned
- Manage web incidents and communicate with related parties to mitigate customer impacts
- Bachelor degree in communications / public relations / journalism / media studies / business studies of related discipline and relevant qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of solid experience in web contents operations
- Working experience in large corporations is preferred
- Knowledge of horse racing and football is a definite advantage
- Content management and project management skills
- Good writing skills in both Chinese and English
- Hands-on skills in both web and social analytic tools
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
