- Manage relationships with external auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA qualification is highly desirable.
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role within the medical device industry is a MUST.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing financial strategies to drive business growth.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English is required.
