- Support the overall administration of the project (including coordination of administrative procedures and systems, support management of project budget, consolidating expenditure claims and reports, preparation of progress report, statistics and report, financial report and inventory report, and liaison with internal departments such as finance and human resources units and external parties/vendors);
- Support organisation of publicity, outreach and stakeholder engagement activities and events; and
- Work closely with Senior Project Manager for the smooth administration of the whole project.

Duties
Working on Saturdays/Sundays/public holidays, and travelling between different workplaces may be required.
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years' post-qualification working experience. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (with high proficiency in Cantonese and Putonghua); proficiency in computer skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; good organisation skills; being attentive to details; a strong sense of responsibility with initiatives; willingness to learn and take up new challenges; and the ability to work independently and in a team are required.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test.
