- Leadership Capabilities Framework & Matrix : Assist in creating a comprehensive leadership capabilities framework and matrix to guide the recruitment, promotion, and development of future-ready leaders.
- Career Development Program : Collaborate closely with HR and business leaders to understand their specific needs and incorporate them into the comprehensive career development materials and leadership framework.
- Research : Conduct research on industry trends and best practices related to future proof leadership development, Gen Z engagement, and workforce development.
- Progress towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Management, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Future Leadership Analyst
As a Future Leadership Analyst, you will play an integral role during your summer school break in helping us to prepare future-ready leaders. It includes the research and analysis work to assist us shaping the organizational roadmap for leadership capabilities. You can also support us to develop the overall career development programs to engage our people especially young generations.
