- Responsible for technical work on Microsoft D365 modules such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Customer Insights, and Power Platform
- Evaluate and recommend changes/modifications to meet organizational CRM/Power Platform system requirements
- Participate as a development team member in full projects life cycle, including requirement gathering, system design, implementation, testing, and rollout
- Analyze client challenges from strategy formulation to day-to-day operations
- Design transformation roadmaps based on client situations and execute end-to-end implementations in collaboration with technology experts
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Microsoft D365 CRM and Power Platform projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft D365 CRM and Power Platform system development life cycle
- Experience with Python, SQL, and C# is advantageous
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Finance, Operation, and Human Resources is beneficial
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with business users

- Proficient in English and Cantonese, both written and spoken
