- Handle the end-to-end reinsurance settlement operation (calculation template setup, result analysis, data preparation, result delivery, payment remittance)
- Support the reinsurance system enhancement tasks including provide user requirements to IT, prepare test data, verify the functional design specification from IT, user acceptance test, impact analysis and post implementation verification.
- Prepare the reinsurance provision and settlement data (Premium/Commission/Claim Recovery) to meet the requirement of financial reporting.
- Support the reinsurance process review and coordinate with IT team to solve problems.
- University degree holder majoring in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 1-year relevant working experience is preferred and fresh graduate will also be considered
- Basic understanding of reinsurance administration process and(or) financial reporting.
- Strong communication skills and presentation skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytics skills and numerical sense.
- Attention to detail, ability to observe and analyze impact from complex data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Access, SQL, Python
