- Process MAC Team's project documentation and technical submission;
- Manage and maintain MAC Team's filing system e.g. project documentation, drawings, O&M manual and other technical specifications;
- Prepare, raise and issue MAC Team's work order and purchase order;
- Liaise & co-ordinate with vendors for site visit, inspection & work schedules, and site work arrangements;
- Carry out stock management for MAC Team's spare parts and help to place orders from various suppliers;
- Prepare and manage MAC team's technician & artisan monthly OT record, reports and other relevant documentation;
- Prepare and draft project meeting agenda and minutes when necessary;
- Conduct site survey together with MAC Manager for project, builders and maintenance works;
- Represent MAC Manager to join project meetings, site inspection and survey when necessary
