- Social Media Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's goals and target audience.
- Research and stay updated on social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms.
- Identify and analyze target audience behaviors, interests, and preferences to tailor content accordingly.
- Set clear social media objectives and KPIs, and track and report on performance metrics.
- Content Creation and Management:
- Create compelling and engaging social media content that aligns with the brand's voice and identity.
- Plan and schedule social media content calendars across various platforms to ensure consistent and timely posting.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members to create high-quality content.
- Monitor user-generated content and engage with the audience through comments, messages, and interactions.
- Social Media Platform Management:
- Manage and optimize company social media accounts(Twitter, Discord etc)
- Grow and engage the company's social media community by implementing effective strategies, campaigns, and initiatives.
- Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond promptly and appropriately.
- Stay up-to-date with platform updates, new features, and advertising opportunities to maximize social media reach and impact.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.
- Generate regular reports on key metrics, trends, and insights to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
- Provide recommendations for optimization and improvement based on data-driven insights.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience in social media operations management and online marketing campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong creative thinking and content creation abilities in Web3.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with social media advertising and paid campaigns.
- Fluent verbal and writing skills in English and Chinese. Additional Languages will be advantageous.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements.
