- Complete day-to-day tasks assigned by document control manager.
- Carry out document control work in compliance with the project and internal document related procedures.
- Ensure the issuance of incoming and outgoing documents in compliance with project procedure.
- Provide PDMS and document control support to staff members, users of consultants and sub-contractors in use of PDMS.
- Higher Certificate or equivalent.
- 1 years relevant experience in handling Document Control and process project documents.
- Knowledge in the usage of Aconex and Document Control system.
- Good knowledge of IT skills and Proficiency in MS Excel and Chinese word processing. Attractive salary and fringe benefits will be offered to the successful candidates.
