- Design, develop, and maintain software applications using .NET and RPG languages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze software requirements.
- Write efficient, maintainable, and reusable code.
- Conduct code reviews and adhere to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Strong experience in .NET and RPG development.
- Proficiency in ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET, and RPG IV or RPGLE.
- Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, IBM DB2).
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile methodologies.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, in both Cantonese and English.
- Prior experience within the financial service industry is a plus.
