- Report directly to management, leading a team being responsible for risk management, maintain the risk framework, monitor and control the risk exposure within company risk appetite
- Review and approve risk assessment on consumer credits
- Implement the risk methodology and calculation
- Oversight business strategy, related risk policies, new products risk assessment and projects
- Collaborate with management on risk forecasting
- Minimum15 years' relevant experience in consumer finance/ retail banking Risk Management with solid background in credit risk
- A good team player to work with various departments in result delivery
- High proficiency in spoken / written skills in both English and Cantonese
- People management skill is highly preferred
