- Focus on the Investment Funds transactions, particularly in formation, structuring, and restructuring of various types of funds
- Draft and negotiate on the Fund documents including hedge funds, private equity, venture capital, real estate and infrastructure funds
- Other ad hoc assignments from the Partner skills & experiences required.
- 2 - 5 PQE with qualification in a Common Law Jurisdiction preferred
- Well trained in a reputable law firm, corporate lawyers will be considered, Funds experience is preferred
