    Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:

    • Achieve remarkable result on the overall business development for air and ocean freight business, logistics with focus on new accounts.
    • Identify, plan and establish high potential accounts
    • Lead, motivate and manage sales team to make great achievement on / exceeding planned results
    • Generate required tonnages on target projects
    • Ensure gross profit level reaching basic requirement
    • Direct report to General Manager Necessary Skill / Experience
    • Well experienced in sales activities in sizable air & ocean forwarding company with proven track record, at least 5 years' experience in managerial position
    • Excellent leadership, negotiation and team building skills
    • Proactive, customer-oriented, results-oriented with excellent interpersonal & presentation skills
    • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese
    • Japanese language skill will be advantage
