- Actively participate in negotiation together with category managers on supplier master agreement, pricing mechanism and other contracts and issues
- Resolve ad hoc issues at suppliers, lead team to partner with category managers toresolve day to day issues, also to execute their strategic initiatives
- Ensure NPD and transfer projects on cost, on time, on quality
- Work with quality and supply chain, drive supplier performance improvement
- Provide Industry technology/supplier base update to category leaders to support strategy formation and modification
- Bachelor's degree in business or Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in sourcing/supply chain in Multi-national company
