- Assist to develop and implement strategy and plans to drive profitable growth and meet plan for the Property and Tech Lines portfolio
- Risk analysis, exposure management and negotiation according to agreed pricing process and guidelines within designated authority
- Develop and maintain relationships with brokers and customers in support of growing new business and renewal retention.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholder across segments and distribution channels, ensuring strong teamwork, consistency and strength of messaging and oversight of multi-line of business referral coordination.
- Assist to train and develop Property and Technical Lines underwriters to ensure high performance and adequate level of expertise within their underwriting authority
- Assist in Peer Reviews process, Underwriting Audits and Underwriting Referrals to ensure the tasks are completed within stipulated timeline
- Ensure accuracy of country universe of accounts within the various systems/databases
- Ensure that the Company's business is conducted with full compliance with all Group policies, relevant laws, rules and regulations
- Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline
- At least 5-8 years of relevant experience in Property and Technical Lines underwriting
- Experience in servicing complex / multinational accounts
- Excellent attention to details and a meticulous eye for identifying inconsistency or inaccuracy in data
- Ability to build effective business relationship with and to establish credibility among customers, producers and internal stakeholders.
