- Work Allocation, Supervision, and Delivery: Formulate work plans, supervise the team to ensure timely completion of IFRS17 reporting deliverables.
- Result Review, Analysis, and Control: Lead analytical reviews on key financial disclosures, identify insights, and drive enhancements as needed.
- KPI and Change Management: Manage and improve IFRS operating profits, implement changes considering financial and operational impacts.
- Team Management: Develop team members' technical, business, and soft skills.
- Minimum 8 years of experience with 4 in a managerial role
- Fellow Actuary qualification
- Experience in financial reporting and management
- Business and financial acumen in life insurance
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and diverse business functions
- Strong bias for action and results-oriented
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Proven people management abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, diverse environment
- Fluency in written and spoken English
