- Monitor online conversations and participate in them to build brand visibility and thought leadership.
- Build, maintain and distribute content on social media channels.
- Provide result driven campaigns on social media, including Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, Weibo, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube to help boost client sales.
- Copywriting/Blog writing/ Content Strategy & Content Development.
- Responsible for brands' evangelism.
- Day-to-day management and development of editorial content on social media platforms, including tweets, posts and discussions.
- At least 3 years of experience handling social management and social communities.
- Strong interest in digital and social media platforms.
- Ability to strictly monitor online conversations and provide the clients with precise reports on metrics.
- Autonomous individual, quality-driven.
- Ability to foster strong client and agency relationships.

With a global presence in Europe, Middle East and Asia, we design and implement communication strategies for our customers on all social media platforms. So far, KRDS has completed over 800+ campaigns in 15 countries, on behalf of 250+ clients, which include HKTB, Danone, LVMH, Unilever, Nestlé and L'Oréal.
As we are growing and expanding our activities, we are currently recruiting a Community Manager to reinforce our Social Media team in Hong Kong.
