- Responsible for the daily trading and operational management of the public money market fund.
- Establish a counterparty relationship with local and international banks for the fund.
- Establish appropriate tools to facilitate the daily management of the fund's subscription, redemption, cash balance, liquidity, and interest rate risk.
- Ensure that the fund operations comply with all internal limits and regulatory requirements, and keep relevant records.
- Monitor market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes that could impact the fund's portfolio performance.
- Help sales prepare marketing materials for the fund.
- Assist with ad hoc duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree is required; master's degree is preferred.
- At least four years of money market fund experience
- Self-motivated individual with attention to detail.
- Capability to multitask and handle pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
