- Assist Agency Head of Department (HOD) in managing the various Agent Bank roles arising from mandated transactions
- Be comfortable and confident in liaising with various stakeholders, ie. Borrower, Sponsors and Lenders
- Coordinate discussions amongst stakeholders and advisers, eg. Lawyers, engineers
- Review legal documentation and perform loan and interest roll-over calculations for the stakeholders
- Be able to manage tasks with little assistance and resolve issues arising from portfolio of transactions independently
- Coordinate with Operations for loan related payments
- Work in partnership with various departments in the Bank to support delivering seamless transactions to the customer. Departments including but not limited to various product teams, Operations and Credit
- Support HOD in internal controls and team initiatives from time to time
- Support in internal and external audits by coordinating activities for the department
- Degree qualified in BBA, Accounting/Commerce or Law
- At least 5 years of related or relevant experience in agency, legal documentation and/or loan administration (Loan IQ experience is a plus)
- At least 5 years of investment banking related experience
- Solid experience in corporate loan feature, such as syndication loan
- Good knowledge of industry standards relating to structured transactions and legal documentation required
- Possess a good grasp of various financing structures (Project Finance related is a plus) and excellent multi-tasking skills, with an eye for detail
- Able to work under pressure on complex transactions and working towards multiple deadlines
- Has a strong awareness of bank compliance and internal controls
- Good familiarity with Word and Excel applications
- A highly organized self-starter and strong team player that values team over individual goals
- Good communication, stakeholder management, and consensus building skills
