    Responsibilities

  • Perform account opening and maintenance services including processing all client onboarding documents and ensuring compliance with related regulatory requirements and internal guidelines;
  • Support RMs in completing KYC/ CDD review, credit application and related documentations;
  • Provide administrative support to Team Leader / RMs and liaise with relevant departments to execute transactions;
  • Answer queries from RMs and clients on transactional activities, operations, systems and provide effective solutions to such queries. Requirements
  • University degree in business or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as Client Services Officer / Assistant Relationship Manager in Priority or Private Banking;
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks independently with good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese, especially Mandarin;
  • A good team player who can work effectively and be positive towards learning and performing the assigned duties.
