- Lead the ongoing regular development of business forecasts and analytical models to inform business decisions
- Highly critical to state of business and anticipative of business problems and priorities
- Explore the data and conduct in-depth analyses including agency and customer behaviours, segmentation analyses etc, to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement and growth
- Take part in annual strategic planning process from initial planning, data exploration, strategy formulation to engagement with stakeholders to ensure the alignment with Company and Departmental directions
- Work closely and manage stakeholders inside and outside of the department including Finance, Proposition, Group Office, etc
- Hands-on experience in machine learning-based solutions would be a plus
- University degree preferably in Business, Statistics, Data Science or other quantitative fields
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence preferably in financial services sector
- Solid hands-on experience with Python, PySpark, SQL and Excel-based modelling
- Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated and independent with ability to work under pressure
