Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute Agency recruitment plans and strategies, including Graduate Programme, IANG Programme etc. to achieve workforce planning targets.
• Provide valuable market intelligence advisory to agency leaders, enhancing their recruitment capabilities and knowledge.
• Collaborate with the business development team to design and promote IANG Program that drives successful recruitments.
• Create and manage engaging lead agency recruitment contests while providing necessary onboarding support to maximize recruitment outcomes.
• Utilize data analysis to generate insightful reports on the current recruitment landscape, enabling informed decision-making.
• Coordinate and promote recruitment campaigns in collaboration with stakeholders from various departments.
• Support the implementation of agency recruitment initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and positive outcomes.
• Contribute to other departmental projects and events as required.

Job Requirements:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree.
• Possess minimum of 4 years of IANG Programme, Graduate Programme hiring experience.
• Possess proficiency in English and Chinese (Both Mandarin and Cantonese).
• Demonstrate strong skills in stakeholder management, fostering effective relationships with diverse groups.
• Display excellent planning and coordination abilities, ensuring seamless execution of recruitment activities.
