- Develop and execute a strategic business plan to grow our Fixed Income franchise in Greater China, standing out in the market by creating unique business plans and investment content.
- Evaluate and prioritize new business opportunities based on deep client knowledge, portfolio manager capabilities, and business constraints.
- Contribute to developing new investment strategies, conduct market analysis, and prepare materials differentiating our portfolios.
- Lead meetings with clients, communicate investment strategies, and provide oversight on portfolio integrity.
- Analyze investment strategies for competitive positioning and client consulting.
- Help make business decisions regarding operational complexities, fee negotiations, investment guidelines, etc.
- Participate in talent development by providing feedback and interviewing candidates.
- 8+ years of industry experience, preferably in a relevant role.
- Demonstrated client engagement experience.
- Experience working in Asia is a plus.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, attention to detail.
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Strong business judgment, curiosity, and ability to work independently and collaboratively across regions.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, flexibility, and ability to get things done.
- MBA and/or CFA preferred.
- Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is desirable.

THE POSITION
Seeking an experienced Investment Specialist with a focus on Greater China residing in Hong Kong to join our Fixed Income Product Management team. The role involves closely collaborating with fixed income investment teams, client groups, and business colleagues globally and regionally. The ideal candidate should possess over 8 years of relevant investment experience, particularly in fixed income. Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving skills, and a passion for fixed income are crucial. The position based in Hong Kong necessitates regional travel.
