- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in reservation management with travel industry, hotel operations or online platforms.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational, analytical and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Knowledge of data distribution processes, channel management, and online platform connectivity has an advantage.
